Tanso, Filipino word is from the Fookien Chinese tâng-soh (“copper wire”). Tanso in Filipino refers to Copper.

Our logo features the positive and negative signs (+ and -), which represent electrons. This symbolizes the idea of duality in life, as described in Bhagavad Gita Chapter 2:14, where Lord Krishna advises Arjuna to not become attached to temporary experiences of happiness and unhappiness, pleasure and pain, as they are all impermanent.

In addition to the positive and negative signs, our logo also includes a copper ring, which represents the Sudarshana Chakra of Lord Krishna. This Chakra is a powerful weapon that is said to be able to destroy anything that is impure or harmful. For us, the Sudarshana Chakra in our logo represents our commitment to fighting poor quality wires and cables, which have caused the deaths of approximately more than 127,480 people every year  according to the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) report.
